   • Water Analysis (even years): Contestants will be presented with a water sample and perform tests on the sample to then give recommendations based on the output.
   • Soils Practicum (odd years):  Participants will be asked to evaluate several site and soil characteristics and identify practices that will improve soil conservation or land productivity for a specified scenario.
